International collaboration is essential for research in Rare Disease. Effective collaboration requires coordination, information-sharing and support within the UK, which this group provides. The RD-IMAG aims to optimise our international engagement at a cross-rare disease level and drive bidirectional engagement with large international initiatives. Additionally, the RD-IMAG seeks to build a more cohesive rare disease community at a national level.
